I'm thinking about starting a building project on my property. Can you advise me?

Absolutely. We can provide expert advice on the end to end building process and planning/building regulations. In some instances we can even provide you with some ball park costings you can use to decide if you want to proceed.

How long does it take to acquire drawings and/or planning permission?
A
Should planning, or a certificate of lawful permitted development, be required, the process is very similar. Generally speaking, it takes a month to have your drawings submitted by an architect, then a further eight weeks for a decision from your local planning council.

Should we want your company to carry out our project, how much notice do you need to start?
A
We require four weeks notice to mobilise for new work.

Can you supply a free quotation?
A
Yes, we can supply a free no obligation quotation.

How do I pay for the project?
A
A stage payment plan will be provided. Typically, this consists of a 20% deposit, followed by fortnightly payments, the number of which will depend on the size of your project. The remaining 5% will be payable upon completion.

Can we see examples of your completed projects?
A
Of course! A number of our clients would be happy to act as references and show you our handy work. You’re also welcome to drop into one of our ongoing sites to see us in action.

Can we see proof of your insurance?
A
On acceptance of our quotation we will send you a copy of our insurance schedule and certificate.
